#1  This editorial was shot around 9 years ago now so it's really hard to remember exactly after which runway show in Paris I was approached in regards to this shoot as I seemed to perfectly fit the Rick Owens’ Gothic aesthetic that they were after.

#2  The funniest thing was that the whole team was speaking Japanese and little to no English or French. During the shoot it was not a big problem to communicate with each other through hand-gestures and facial expressions but when we were done and sat down for dinner I was the only one at that table who did not understand a word.

#3  Although this shoot was published in Huge magazine Japan it was directed and shot in Paris.
